- Remaining Balance is due at the door. PLEASE HAVE THE EXACT AMOUNT THAT IS DUE.

- No Kids, No Extra People...Just You & Your Lashes!!! or your appointment will be cancel

- You will only receive the service that is booked. So Please book accordingly.

- Please arrive to your appointment on time. Be mindful that when you're late I must push back

the next person appointment that is after you. So please be RESPECTFUL of my time and

others. If you are more then 10mins late your appointment will be canceled. (no exceptions)

- I DO NOT ACCEPT SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS!!!

- If you chose to make your remaining balance by PayPal there is a $20 up charge.

-ABSOLUTELY NO MAKEUP!!! If I must clean up makeup or weave glue off your lashes it will

be an extra fee.

Deposit Policy

- All bookings require $15 (full sets) & $10 (fill-ins) deposit which is nonrefundable/non transferable (If for some

reason you’re not able to make your lash appointment your deposit is still NONREFUNDABLE!!)

Please make sure you enter in the correct billing address upon placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect information you entered upon your order. Allow 3-5 Business days to ship out your order. All orders are shipped out with USPS and will take approximately 3-5 days for delivery. Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be provided to the email address associated with your order. LashAffair Minks is not responsible for

any lost or stolen goods once your package is dropped off at the USPS. All orders placed before

3pm (CST) will begin processing that same business day, otherwise all orders will begin

processing the following working day.

If your missing an item or items from your order you have up to 3 days from the day of delivery to email our customer service team via email shaylint@lashaffairminks.com to resolve the issue. You must send in photos of proof of items received and include a brief description of the issue in the body of the email. Please allow my team 24-72 hours to respond back to get the issue resolved. All other order inquiries please email us, make sure to put your order number in the subject line and allow us 24-72 hours to reply back.

LASH TRAINING POLICY

All deposits are non refundable/non transferable! Any payments made towards your training are also non refundable/non transferable. If you do not notify Lashaffair Minks with 72hrs of any cancellations you will be charged 50% of your balance.
